Thermally conductive insulating sheet

Heat release sheet is made of mica paper and metal foil on which both sides are coated tightly with a layer of high thermal conductive inorganic fillers, and it has high resistance against torque pressure and low thermal resistance.

It is used for heat release sheets in electrical/electronic appliances, grease compounds alternative, or electromagnetic shields, etc.

TBM-51W has obtained UL94 V-0 and UL 746A.

Characteristics

  1. (1) Excellent electrical insulation, showing high withstand voltage.
  2. (2) Excellent compressive strength, which allows for safe use against high torque pressure.
  3. (3) Can be processed into a custom size.
  4. (4) TBM-51W has obtained UL94 V-0.
